The Czech National AI Platform (CNAIP) was established as a joint initiative of the public, private, and non-profit sectors.
Our Goal?
To connect everyone working with artificial intelligence in Czechia and to position our country among Europe’s leaders in the field of AI. We committed to this on June 25, 2024, by signing a memorandum of cooperation.
Built on Experience
For many years, we have been helping to develop the innovation environment and the artificial intelligence ecosystem in Czechia. Our founding members bring unique experience and connections to all the key players in our country’s AI scene.
Supporting Practice and Awareness
We promote the integration of AI into practice, advocate for sensible legislation on regulation and security, and spread public awareness across the country. To this end, each autumn we organize the nationwide Days of AI festival and present the AI Awards—the only professional award in the field of artificial intelligence.

Our Initiatives
CNAIP’s key initiatives include the Days of AI festival and the AI Awards, the only professional industry award of its kind.
The only professional award for artificial intelligence in Czechia.
The goal of the awards is to highlight the successful stories, individuals, companies, and organizations that have significantly contributed to the development of artificial intelligence in Czechia. Awards are presented in five main categories, along with an award for long-term contribution. Each year, the AI Awards winners are selected from public nominations by an expert jury composed of leading figures from the Czech AI scene and other prominent individuals.
The largest AI festival in Czechia, featuring hundreds of events across dozens of cities, offering a high-quality program for everyone interested in the technology and its applications.
The central theme of Days of AI is to present AI in the context of current events and the evolution of this technology. A significant part of the program is dedicated to practice and specific examples of AI application across various fields and in different contexts. The events provide engaging content for representatives from companies and public institutions, as well as for academics, students, and the general public. This broad scope of Days of AI creates an opportunity to view AI in unconventional contexts, with an emphasis on its interdisciplinary nature.
