  • Elements of AI

    A global online course on artificial intelligence, available in Czech. Elements of AI is a free online course designed for anyone who wants to learn what artificial intelligence is, what can and cannot be achieved with it, and how it impacts our lives. Since 2021, it has been fully available in Czech thanks to the prg.ai initiative.

  • AI for Kids (AI dětem)

    The non-profit organization AI for Kids (AI dětem) is a leader in artificial intelligence education. They provide easy-to-understand educational and methodological materials for educators, students, and parents—all free and without registration.

    The AI curriculum offers teachers a comprehensive framework for teaching artificial intelligence in primary and secondary schools. It includes nearly 50 methodological guides with ready-to-use lessons and is based on a competency model of knowledge, skills, and attitudes.

    A General Introduction to Artificial Intelligence is a handbook that provides a clear introduction to the world of AI. It contains 10 thematic chapters, covering everything from what AI is (and isn’t), its history, machine learning, ethics, law, ecology, and cybersecurity, to its impact on the job market.

  • TWIST Programme

    The TWIST Programme was approved by Resolution No. 370 of the Government of the Czech Republic on June 5, 2024. The programme will be implemented from 2025 to 2031 with total allocated funding of CZK 5 billion. It aims to support the development of strategic technologies—primarily artificial intelligence, quantum technologies, and semiconductors and microelectronics—and to strengthen the transfer of research and development outcomes into practice. The programme consists of three sub-programmes, each focusing on a different stage of the innovation ecosystem.

  • National Artificial Intelligence Strategy of the Czech Republic 2030 (NAIS)

    The government has approved the National Artificial Intelligence Strategy of the Czech Republic 2030 (NAIS), developed by the Ministry of Industry and Trade (MPO). The strategy reflects the latest technological developments, trends, and policy initiatives in the field of artificial intelligence (AI). Prepared in collaboration with both the public and private sectors, its goal is to maximize the potential of AI for the benefit of the Czech economy and society. The document outlines priorities and objectives until 2030 and defines measures across seven interconnected areas.
