Problem description

For a specific segment of its end customers, the client used order forms printed in magazines. Collecting them and then transcribing into a structured format was done manually, with occasional fluctuations in transcription quality.

Solution

We automated the transcription process using Azure AI Document Intelligence. The model is trained on several types of forms used and allows adding more. Scanning, collection, and text recognition have been automated. Everything runs at a preset time.
