Solution Description

Problem description

Recruitment into the Army of the Czech Republic was administratively demanding and required multiple in-person visits. Both applicants and recruiters spent significant time on paperwork and answering questions, and there was no unified online pathway “from interest to enlistment.” The goal was to make the process faster, simpler, and closer to the expectations of a generation used to mobile, gamified, and continuous digital experiences.

Solution

The website DoArmady.cz serves as the gateway to the Virtual Recruitment Center, featuring a conversational assistant “Adéla,” built on TELMA’s conversational technologies to provide answers 24/7. The system is integrated with internal MoD systems, such as the database of available positions in the Army. Communication modes include both text and voice. Assistant Adéla was given an exclusive voice, cloned from a real person within the Army. She can provide information based on structured data (vacancy database) as well as unstructured data (all articles on the DoArmady.cz website) using mSearch / mDataChat products.

“Revolutionary, groundbreaking solution”; the website grew from an “online recruitment booth” into a large information and recruitment center with a gaming section and training plans. (paraphrase of statements by Col. Iva Bednářová and MoD/Army leadership).
