Kanbu.ai was created in response to repeated frustration among clients of the software studio Utima.cz, who were dissatisfied with the AI chatbots available on the market. These often failed in terms of the quality of their responses, the complexity of their deployment, and the sustainability of their operation. The team therefore decided to create their own solution—an assistant that responds correctly, is easy to set up, and really helps. Today, Kanbu.ai is a platform that allows companies to deploy a smart assistant for customer communication in a matter of minutes—without IT intervention. It responds accurately, immediately, and only on the basis of verified data. It reduces support costs and increases customer satisfaction.
